Meals and Refreshments

For all meals, locally produced ingredients are used whenever possible. Our free range hens provide fresh eggs, while our garden and surrounding countryside provide us with fresh fruit and vegetables throughout the year. A full Welsh breakfast is served … vegetarians are not short-changed and we endeavour to supply fine quality produce. Since tea and coffee do not grow in Wales, we keep a variety of speciality teas, coffees and herbal infusions from around the world.

A Parc Grove breakfast will set you up for the day, served between 7.00 and 9.00 a.m. It can also be served earlier by arrangement. The varied menu is designed to suit all tastes and appetites. Try our buffet which includes our home made dishes of fresh fruit salad, compote of fruit, muesli, homemade jams and our creamy yogurt. Then follow with a cooked breakfast to include vegetarian sausages and Jenny's special savoury bake, locally produced grilled bacon and sausages. Try Jenny's griddled potato cakes with our own eggs cooked to your liking, alongside baked beans, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms. Alternatively, have smoked haddock with a poached egg as a special treat! We serve various freshly baked home made breads and the best of preserves.

Our packed lunch will keep you going … sandwiches using homemade bread, cake, snack bar, salad (optional), fresh fruit and a cold drink.

If you are not venturing far, why not have morning and afternoon refreshments at Parc Grove?  You choose where ... in the dining room, your bedroom, the reception room, in the gardens

Lunch and evening meals are available by prior arrangement. Lunch is typically a hot soup for cold days and a refreshing salad when it is warm … followed by homemade cake. Hearty evening meals with up to three courses will suit hungry guests after a day exploring Denbighshire. Read more for a sample dinner menu. Take time to enjoy a candle lit dinner to help you relax in the evening. Please bring your own wine.

Bring your own cool bag for a take home meal pack and save yourself the hassle of delaying your journey by having to find a supermarket on the way home! Typically, the take home meal pack will include milk, a loaf of homemade bread, butter, eggs, cheese/cold meat and something sweet to nibble on. Please ask if there is anything you would particularly like … we try our best to oblige.
